"I bought a miaustore fountain a while back..."
I bought a miaustore fountain a while back, and yeah... I was relieved to see they still had the small replacement parts available online. The pump and filters were easy enough to find, which was nice.
Delivery did take a little longer than I was hoping, so it wasn’t totally perfect. But it saved me from having to buy a whole new fountain, so overall... good experience.

"Looks nice, but cleaning takes a little extra effort"
The bowl is cute and my cat took to it without any fuss, so that part has been great. But reading between the lines, I kind of expected it to be more dishwasher-friendly than it actually feels. A few pieces seem better off washed by hand, which makes cleaning a bit more annoying than I hoped. It’s not a dealbreaker, just not quite as convenient as I thought it would be...

"Pretty easy to clean, honestly"
I wasn’t totally sure how much of a hassle it would be to wash, but it’s been really easy so far. The pieces come apart quickly, and I usually just rinse everything in the sink. I haven’t noticed any weird little spots where grime builds up or anything. Overall, it definitely makes things a bit easier.

"Spare pump showed up quick"
Of course my pump decided to act up at the worst possible time, but getting a spare was actually really easy. It arrived fast and saved me from a bigger headache.

"Nice enough, just felt a little overpriced"
I thought the store was fine overall, and the product itself does look nice, so I don’t want to make it sound like I hated it or anything. It’s not bad at all. I just felt like, for the price I paid, I was expecting a bit more somehow, maybe better quality, more features, or just something that made it feel more worth the money. It’s one of those things where you look at it and think, “Yeah, it’s nice,” but then you remember the price and you’re not totally convinced. So overall, okay experience, but probably a little pricey for what it is

"Super easy to keep clean"
It’s been really easy to keep clean. I just wipe it down and it’s done in no time. Like, weirdly simple. Anyway, I love that because I do not have the patience for extra cleaning.

"Nice overall, but not totally perfect"
I’m kind of torn, but mostly in a good way. The product looks really nice in my home and it definitely feels like it’s made with decent quality materials. My cat took to it without any issues, which was a relief. That said, setup took a little longer than I expected, and one of the pieces felt a bit more delicate than I’d like. I’m still happy with it overall, just wouldn’t say it’s flawless...

"Tracking wasn’t much help"
I ordered from miaustore.com the tracking was kind of useless. It sat on the same update for days, then randomly changed without really explaining anything. I kept checking it myself and still had no clue where my order actually was. The item did show up in the end, but the whole waiting part was annoying. They definitely need to improve their tracking updates

"Refund process was surprisingly easy"
I ended up needing to return my order and expected it to be a hassle, but it wasn’t. Support got back to me quickly and basically said, “No worries, we’ll get that sorted for you,” which was reassuring. There wasn’t a bunch of back and forth or weird delays, and the refund came through like they said it would. Fair experience overall, and I’d still order from them again...

"Not great at first, but they fixed it fast"
I was a bit disappointed when the box showed up damaged, especially since I expected it to arrive in better shape. That said, the replacement was sorted out really quickly and arrived faster than I thought it would, so it ended up being a much better experience than I first expected.

"Water stays fresh longer"
I bought the miaustore fountain because my cat was barely using his regular water bowl. Since switching to this, the water seems to stay fresher and he actually drinks from it more often, which is nice to see.
Cleaning it is simple overall. I do find myself rinsing it a bit more than I thought I would, but it’s not a big hassle.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that setup took me a little while, and the pump can be slightly fussy now and then. Still, I’m happy with it and think it was a good buy.

"Pump has been reliable so far!!"
I’ve been using the Miaustore fountain for a while now, the pump has been great so far!! It runs quietly and hasn’t randomly stopped on me, which was the main thing I was worried about.
I just clean it every now and then, nothing too intense, and it keeps working like it should. I’ve had cheaper fountains where the pump gave out fast, so this has been a really nice change. Happy with it!!

My Miaustore order showed up exactly when it was supposed to, which made things easy. I kept checking the tracking anyway, so I’ll blame myself for being impatient, but it updated properly the whole time and there were no weird delays.
The box arrived in good shape and everything was inside as expected. Nothing dramatic to report, just a straightforward delivery, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

"I’m so relieved because my cat used..."
I’m so relieved because my cat used to barely touch her water bowl, and it always made me worry. Now she actually stops by and drinks from it way more often, so the bowl isn’t just sitting there ignored all day. It makes me feel a lot better knowing she’s staying more hydrated...
